Born in Cochabamba, Bolivia, influenced by an exciting and culturally enhanced life there and in the North American southwest, especially living in a high-mountain cabin northwest of Santa Fe, New Mexico, I began using my cheerful memories and moments in the now to express my joy for life in terms of my colorful relationships in the form of paintings on canvas. I have participated in modes of self-expression, including various forms of art since my childhood, have acquired a formal education, taught in an elementary school, and have traveled and learned much.I have always been inspired and impressed by the formidable painters of all styles, although when it comes right down to my heart's intentions my naive form of composition is what brushes forth as most emphatic. My most blissful moments related to my passion for painting arrive in the involvement, the process, and most of all, the attachment to each painting I feel while working in itas if I don't want to let it go, or be completed.
